This year, the Annual Clearwater Greek Festival will be held on our church grounds on October 21-23.
If you like Greek food, we have plenty of that!
Dine inside our beautiful Matheos Hall and enjoy traditional Greek entrees such as pastichio(Greek lasagna), lamb shanks, chicken, plaki(fish), spanakopita(spinach pie), and of course, Greek salad. While in the hall, satisfy your sweet tooth with plenty of Greek pastries from the Philoptochos pastry booth. They have a variety of cookies, pastries, and bread. If you are outside in the tent, enjoy Gyro sandwiches, Souvlaki sandwiches, Greek fries and Loukoumades(fried dough with honey).
After you eat, stroll through our buildings and visit the many vendors who offer a variety of items from handbags to jewelry to traditional Greek items. Traditional Greek cooking demonstrations are also available.
Tickets are available for our car raffle in the hall. Winner chooses between a Chevy Camaro or a Chevy Equinox. 9 other prizes available. You can also bid on great items such as gift certificates, wine baskets, and vacations in our fabulous silent auction.
Take a tour of our church and see the wonderful mosaic icons that adorn our altar. Listen as our very own Fr. James Rousakis educates you about our Orthodox faith and its deeply rooted traditions.
Enjoy our Greek heritage as well with performances by the Junior and Senior Hellas Dancers. You too can dance to the sounds of a live Greek band under our tent.
A children's area with activities is available.
So mark your calendar and don’t miss out on the BEST Greek Festival in the Tampa Bay Area!
Come, listen, dance, eat, and enjoy the traditions of our Greek culture.
